had my piano concert yesterday!
it was nerve wrecking! nearly broke down!
arrived at the hall at 5.15
rehersals started at 5.30
everyone was damn nervous
kept making mistakes
miss lim nearly strangled all of us.
almost the whole hall was filled
and it was so scary
saw edward! he's so cute.
anyway, when the concert officially began
the first half people started panicking
janice missed a whole part but luckily nobody realised
during the intermission
me and jonathan started talkin to miss lim for help
she just started patting my back to help me relax
nt much help.
cause i was one of the last few
me and jon started whispering during perfomances
his piece was SIX pages long
as his song was before mine
i started getting worried when he went up
wished each other luck.
when it was my turn
the spotlight was damn glaring
cannot see anybody at all
made so many mistakes at the starting
but as my piano mates said, cannot really hear.
when ngjunyang (guest artist) went up to play
everyone clapped so loudly
his song was 16 pages long
and he played with so much emotion
jon: he's making our pieces look like rubbish!
jamie: ya! he's outshining us!
was so glad when it ended
went with cousins and edward's family to eat satay at east coast
had bonding session with all of them.
ate a yummy lunch just now
i swear i'm getting so fat!
