One can never ever underestimate the power of speech.
Let me give you an example.
How many you have recieved the teaching brochure from the MOE?
Recently, there has been rumours that if you have recieved it, means you will be getting >15 for your olevel results.
Needless to say, this piece of new has spread like wildfire.
Even my cousin from cjc heard about this tidbit.
Well apparently this rumour orginated from innova junior college.
So izzit real?
Some bet their two dollars worth of wanton noodle soup, while some toss it aside, like last month's issue of seventeen.
With regard to that rumour, one of my friends confirmed that it is fake.
The MOE just deicded to test everyone's nerves by randomly selecting people to issue that piece of information.
Or maybe they didn't realise what an uproar it created over the highly distressed sixteen year olds of singapore.
